Publish local asylum data — stop hiding behind national totals

Councils and residents cannot plan services against figures deliberately kept at national level. Withholding local data is a political choice, and it is indefensible.

Local people first in social housing allocation

Families who have waited years in their own area are watching allocation policy work against them. Councils must keep real power to weight allocation toward genuine local connection — and use it.

Tens of thousands of irregular arrivals and decisions dragging past six months is not a system, it is a queue with no manager. Fund enforcement properly, decide cases fast, and remove those with no right to stay — lawfully and without excuses.
