Moderation policy

This platform is moderated. Every user-submitted concern, comment and campaign contribution is reviewed before publication. Anything that breaches the rules below is rejected and the user may be removed.

We do not publish

• Names, addresses, photographs or any identifying details of private individuals.
• Criminal accusations against any individual not backed by a court ruling or official charge.
• Threats, intimidation or calls for violence.
• Racial, religious, ethnic, gender-based or other abuse.
• Generalisations attributing crime or social problems to entire ethnic, religious or national groups.
• Content that organises mob activity or vigilantism.

We do publish

• Factual descriptions of local service pressure.
• Policy critique grounded in published data.
• Campaign content directed at institutions and elected representatives.

Appeals

If your report or comment is rejected and you believe it was within the rules, you can appeal once. A second moderator will review the decision.
