The UK Borders Act 2007 requires deportation of foreign nationals sentenced to 12+ months, but the backlog has grown. We want a published delivery plan.

A published quarterly target for foreign national offender removals and a transparent backlog tracker.
Evidence base
- Home Office returns rose to ~26,500 (YE Jun 2024), but the foreign national offender backlog remains significant.
